Shipping
All prices are FOB Chilliwack, BC Canada. Shipping charges are at the customers cost unless special arrangements are made with KGM Enterprises.
Shipping Damage
According to contract terms of the Carrier, the responsibility of KGM Enterprises ends at the time and placement of the shipment. If the arrangement between the customer and KGM Enterprises is that KGM Enterprises is to prepay and charge the freight then the customer must agree to either pay or decline the extra cost of insurance. If the products arrive in a damaged condition, retain the shipping boxes as evidence and contact the Carrier immediately to submit a claim. Once the Carrier has been contacted, contact us for further instructions.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express credit cards.
Limited Liability
KGM Enterprises will not be responsible or liable for labour, manufacturers defects, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability will never exceed the cost of the product.
Warranty
All products are brand new with full manufacturer’s warranty. Used equipment will have an agreed warranty according to the condition of the equipment. All warranties are FOB our location at 18-6338 Vedder Road, Chilliwack, BC V2R 3R2 Canada.
30 Day Return Policy
Equipment Returns
Returns for exchange are permitted only in the case of defective merchandise. Please call us at either 1-877-546-5469 or 1-604-824-9709 or email us to receive authorization. Any merchandise received without authorization will be refused. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees for the return of merchandise to our location at 18-6338 Vedder Road, Chilliwack, BC V2R 3R2 Canada.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and box with all of the original accessories.
* Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
* A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
* Opened Software is non-refundable.
The product must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped: in its original packaging, with all the original accessories and without damage. Any damage caused by improper packaging will be deducted from your refund. As soon as we receive the package, we will refund you based on your original method of payment. SignMAX provides a 30 day warranty for the USB dongle key. In the event of a broken or burned key, the customer must ship the
defective key back, and then we will ship a replacement key for $75.00 plus shipping.
